HAUNTED HAROLD

Harold bears the dubious distinction of being the first “haunted” doll to be purchased on eBay. When the auction was first posted by Greg Mishka in 2003, his over-the-top description of the doll’s deadly history went viral, making Harold an overnight paranormal web celeb. The first eBay buyer (a friend of Mishka’s family) dismissed the horrific warnings, claiming she simply wanted to restore the vintage doll… but oddly enough, she put it back up for auction the following year, saying only that Harold was “cursed.” The current owner claims to have recorded several psychic readings on the doll, and during some of these sessions Harold can be heard speaking in a man’s voice, threatening to kill the readers.
(source-wikipedia).

My take on this is that this whole story of harold being haunted is just unacceptable. With no proper reasoning to why Harold is claimed is to be haunted in the first place, how can someone just randomly say that the doll is cursed???There should be solid evidence to prove why the person thinks to why Harold is haunted.Another thing that austonishes me is that people very easily believed that Harold is a cursed doll.Without even verifying if the statement is true.People should stop believing such unproved, superficial claims on the internet.

HORROR MOVIE's FUNNY SIDE

Horror movies are becoming viral nowadays this genre has never failed to intrigue people's minds, which is why directors are into the "horror fever". However these horror movies fail to do their only job, which is to scare people. Instead, they turn out to be funny. Horror movies lacking in logic- what is the purpose?

Most of the horror movies include spanning an entire empty space in complete darkness, showing unidentifiable shadows lurking around at midnight and something pulling your bedsheets from under your bed. In what way does it turn out to be scary.? We all see empty, dark rooms everyday, but it doesn't mean it scares us all. Horror should be some external factor that gets your adrenaline pumping in fright, not having you yawning and easiy predicting the next scene.

Apart from the camera angles and scenes there are some techniques that are really silly, used by directors. I'm sure many of us have seen horror movies where the victim will have a nose bleed, victim's reflection won't be seen on the mirror and instances where the television will turn on by itself. Such techniques have been used very exhaustively in several horror films, that now, when these scenes come, people simply sit and stare at their screens instead of swallowing a scream.

Amidst all the horror movies that were created for mere existence we can handpick a few selected good horror movies that can really make you go sleepless for nights. Examples would be "friend request", "ouija board". Such movies really frighten people at the most unexpected moments. These movies are really worth both the theatre experience and money.

My take on horror movies is that such genre of films should be viewed simply for entertainment purposes, and should not be taken to heart. Although some movies may claim to be based on a true story, people should look at them from a scientific view and not believe the movie blatantly. Even though horror movies exist for entertainment, they should be logical and entertain people, not make them giggle.

Lothian Cemetery

Delhi- one of the most developed metro cities of India is situated on the bank of river Yamuna. Beside being the capital of India, It is famous for offering luxurious life. On the primary take, It has a modern and attractive lifestyle, throng of Multinational companies, enormous crowd in a number of events and countless places to chill on. Latter one -Historical monuments, forts, tourist places and museums make delhi a classy city.Beyond all of this, this place has a very ancient history. It has been the capital of many empires. It does not matter how modern people had become, the existence of spirits is an unsolved mystery. Like every other place, Delhi has some real spooky locations too. If you like reading about real haunted places and creepy and spooky articles, "7 haunted places in Delhi" would surely gift you a thrilling reading session :
Lothian Cemetery
haunted places in Delhi

Located on Lothian road, It is half a kilometer away from kashmiri gate is one of the most haunted cemetery and also one of very few haunted places in Delhi. This christian cemetery is famous for many ghost stories. Visitors have often seen the ghost of headless person wandering near graves. Legends say, this person was once a  young soldier who got betrayed by his lover and cut his head. One can see him on new moon's night as he walks past the cemetery.(source-wikipedia)

Such sightings of ghosts are very common, especially in cemetries. When all cemetries are claimed to be house to many wandering spirits, why particularly point out lothian cemetry??Cemetries are just places for the bodies of the ceased to rest in peace. Also this story of a soldier has been included into the stories of the lothian cemetry just because the dead warriors romantic story will lure more visitors to that cemetry for unknown reasons.Popularising cemetries simply have no use in creating a sense of fear in people because regardless of these scary stories, people will still go to the cemetry to pay their respect to their loved ones. This is my take on this issue.

KONGKA LA PASS UFO BASE

UFO BASE AND HIDDEN CONSPIRACIES
From the time man started to create masterpieces and world wonders, there is a strong theory that says that these  were made possible only because of our alien friends. Giving proof to this claims are the many alleged sightings of UFOs or Unidentified Flying Objects. These can be dismissed as creativity gone wild by us the so-called rationales. But, can you believe that there is a UFO base near India- Chinese border? NO. Well, welcome to KONGKA LA PASS UFO BASE.

Up there, near the Himalayas, lies a piece of land right in the middle of the Indo-China border where no one is allowed to set foot or even go near.
Why?
This land where Ladakh (on the Indian side) and Aksai Chin (on the Chinese side) meet is a popular site for UFO sightings and ET activity; and both bordering countries know about it.
In fact, both governments seem to be in some kind of agreement with the alien inhabitants who’ve made this their permanent spot on earth…to come and go as they please.
Have you heard of the Kongka La Pass UFO base?

Evidence From the Locals…
Travel there now and ask any local living anywhere within 25 mile radius outside the Kongka La Pass UFO base enclosure and you will have the most amazing eye witness accounts of ET activity to last you a decade of excitement.
You might chance to see something while you’re out there too!
The locals will also tell you of their suspicions on a mutual agreement between the two countries and our alien vacationers…who actually have a permanent hangout joint right here under our noses!(source: realunexplained mysteries.com)

The geologists visiting the areas claim that they have seen huge metallic humanoids. Alien existence is possible for all that we know. Different theories are making rounds about aliens and their plan to invade earth. Hard to believe right.. if at all they plan on invasion they could've gotten mother earth in her much purer state thousands of years ago. But they haven't as of yet. Its better to stop worrying about these stories and keep working on preserving earth..

BOY AND CREEPY DOLL PAINTING

This Painting of a Boy and His Creepy Doll Friend.

A haunted doll doesn’t even have to be a 3-dimensional object to cause terror in the life of its owner. The painting, The Hands Resist Him, is said to come with a terrifying history:

“According to the couple, the figures in the painting moved around at night, sometimes disappearing from the canvas entirely. The boy in the painting was said to actually enter the room where the painting hung, and everyone who viewed the painting reported feeling sick and weak. Small children would take one look at the painting and run from the room screaming. Adults sometimes felt like unseen hands were grabbing them, and others said that they felt a blast of hot air, as if they had opened an oven.” (source-wikipedia)
My take on this that al the comments saying that this painting is haunted are false tales.First of all paintings are with chemicals that are scientific in nature.Science does not go well along with paranormal activities. How can a spirit possess a painting with no absolute reason??People should stop finding reasons to make something go viral or popular just for business sake. The story of spirits being in the painting is just a sales tactic according to me.The only way to stop these false statements is to think logically and not blindly believe in such stories.

ALLURING GHOST LIGHTS AND THEIR SECRET

ALLURING GHOST LIGHTS AND THEIR SECRET
In the middle of a lake if there is a light visible to you in the distant and invites you… take this free advice.. visit these beautiful ghost lights and even take selfies.. sounds stupid? Read on to find what ghost lights really are..
The marshes in West Bengal is where you can observe these ghost lights called Aleya or jack-o-lantern. These are nothing but a flickering ball of light that emerge in the marshy regions of West Bengal and Bangladesh and have caused many deaths too. The fishermen community of the area have often spotted these and has led to deaths of many fishermen who followed it or were transfixed after seeing Aleya. They believe that these lights are the spirits of dead fishermen who lost their lives fishing in the marshes. These lights at times confuse the fishermen causing them to fall in the water and drown. But at times, these also help guide them and prevent them from getting into danger.
Aleya ghost lights are not a new phenomenon and have been spotted at various places around the world. These lights known by different names have been associated with the paranormal or spirits of people. Some trying to help others while others leading them to their death. Once you follow them these lights flicker and diminish in size and often disappear that cause people to panic and lose their way. Not just in marshes, people around the world have seen these ghost lights in graveyards, swamps and bog lands.
These spook lights in Bengal are a common sighting and local fishermen will tell you tales about them. Would you dare to follow one if you ever see a ghost light?

The Theory: Scientists suggest that these lights are essentially ionization of methane over the marshes that forms out of the decaying organic matter present in abundance in these bogs.(source: india.com)
People will try to scare us even for the most bizarre reasons. The logical side of this whole ghost lights sound convincing enough, thus goes the story of how a perfectly normal ecological phenomenon changes into a scary story.
People tend to cook up all these stories. Beauty is sometimes dangerous.. true that. But not everything beautiful is harmful. Just to scare us these locals make us to fear this kind of rare yet alluring natural phenomenon.

Tall Mans Bunk Bed

These aren't just any bunk beds, these are haunted bunk beds. In February 1987 Alan And Debby Tallman bought some bunk beds for their children but they were placed in the basement for a few months until they could be moved upstairs into the children's room. For the entire nine months that the bunk beds were placed in the house, there was a number of mysterious encounters that the family could not explain. When listening to the radio it would begin to change station, the children became ill and when they slept in the beds, they said that they could see a witch. Not taking any risks, the family brought in a pastor to cleanse the house and although the activity died down, it quickly turned into a whole load of nope. Alan came home one day to hear a voice beckoning him into the garage saying 'come here' where he saw that the room was on fire. He ran out to get a fire extinguisher and on his return, the fire had disappeared. The only logical reason was to burn the bunk beds and once they were destroyed, the activity stopped.(source:wikipedia)
Before i tell my view,I am quiet puzzled with why people are associating non living objects with paranormal activities.Something should be considered a fetish only if it has gained some kind of recognition from a verifiable source. The evidence should be proved. Now my take on this is that the misterious happenings in that house is purely coincidental. Why would a normal wodden bunk bed blame for the misfortune that fell on the family.
